These Terms & Conditions 16 Baje Applies to all use of the platform (website, mobile app, and all related services). 16 BajeBy registering an account or using the services on, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms and conditions.

• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and address
• Must have a valid and active mobile number
• Each individual may register only one account

If an account is opened using false or incorrect information 16 Baje reserves the right to close that account without prior notice, in which case any remaining balance may be forfeited.

For account verification (KYC) 16 Baje We may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or other identification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold if verification is not completed within the specified timeframe.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 16 Baje No processing fees are charged on transactions; however, charges from your payment provider may apply.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings:

• Account KYC verification must be completed
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (same number)
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies according to account tier

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours. VIP members receive priority processing. Some withdrawals may take additional time while verification is in progress.

16 Baje's general terms for bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly communicated before the bonus is claimed
• The welcome bonus is available to each new member one time only
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — if wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator)
• In Sports Betting, the official result of the game shall be considered final
• Bets placed in live betting cannot be changed once confirmed
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 16 Baje's decision is final
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software bug or abnormal situation in a game will be forfeited

Players may dispute the outcome of a game. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the result being published. The support team will investigate and issue a final decision, which will be binding.

Any of the following actions 16 Bajeis strictly prohibited on:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage (bonus arbitrage)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play
• Harassing or disrespecting other players
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Attempting to complete verification using a false identity or fraudulent documents

16 Baje may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of terms violation is found
• If KYC verification fails or suspicious information is found
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Upon the player's own request
• If a self-exclusion request is submitted under our Responsible Gaming policy

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Any remaining balance will be refunded at the time of closure, provided there are no pending bonuses on the account.
